ABOUT ME - It's a long story...sooooo

Who am I? I'm that Polymath Renaissance Soul kind of chic that you can look at as that girlfriend or sister you always wanted that will help you design, build and maintain a life that you can love using my wide range of knowledge, creativity and outside of the Box dare I say unorthodox tools and intuitive thinking.  

My toolbox includes juicy stuff backed by concepts borrowed from my business background, culturally sensitive facilitation background, emotional intelligence, spiritual intelligence, divination and plain old empathetic intuition and more to help you engineer an Inpowered prosperous life that you can look forward to Living Everyday.    

I am that introverted quirky but super easy to talk to girlfriend or sister you always wanted that after we speak you're like omg, you get me and how did you even think of that?! How do you think of those life altering but damn helpful solutions?   

As you can see I proudly share what I know of myself a lot here...but that was not always easy to do. 

It took me years to learn to love myself, I had to do the work needed to increase my emotional & spiritual Intelligence, take the time to understand and articulate my purpose and boldly do the things to live with in it. It was hard, but I had to be accountable to my goals all the way through to attainment. 

My goals in life have changed many times, as it does with most women. 

One thing that I have learned is to stop being afraid to do all the things I love doing and to share the true me with the world while boldly operating within my purpose.   #doitscared is my motto.

It wasn't always this way though.     

For years I let fear, low self esteem, lack of confidence and good ole impostor syndrome keep me from solidifying my goals, elevating my Thoughtstyle & being accountable to my purpose and dreams.   Imagine working and working your whole life to excel in your career, actually making great money, having a big beautiful home, multiple cars, an amazing husband, a wonderful son and a loving family to boot and being so depressed that you secretly wish you could escape the earth in the most extreme way.     

Yeah that was me, my breaking point came in 2018 real close to my 39th birthday.     

I was feeling less connected to myself. I had spent my whole life working working working to make myself feel good about what I was capable of and I judged myself in terms of my job and my income which detached me from my feminine self, my higher self and detached me from who I am at my core, what I love doing, I just wasn't happy anymore. I was working long hours with high-stakes responsibilities and unrealistic expectations in a toxic or fear-based workplace with the whole burnout culture of that expectation to offer high-performance with inadequate resources. Even though I was kicking ass and, although difficult, breaking glass ceilings, pushing through the pain of experiencing corporate denied implicit biases, microaggressions and systemic racism in the form of pay disparity and lack of desirable mobility within the organization, I was no longer sure who I was supposed to be, but I knew, even with all of my accomplishments, I wasn't really who I wanted to be and I was exhausted!     

I wasn't dealing with my pent up emotions and hurt from my unaddressed management and fairness concerns in the office, my childhood and early adulthood buried all of that in my work and my sense of self became what I could do to please my bosses and please my so called friends but not truly about what pleased me. 

My inner child was crying out and I was finally able to hear her, but didn't know really how to help her. Nothing that I was doing was working, not my Christian centered background, not even the many paid for and free mindset focused workshops I had participated in.     

In this same time period I was not only moming, wifing and careering but I was working on building my Virtual Assistant and Social Media business. Crazy thing happened, I got the biggest client in my side business I had ever gotten to that date. Not sure how, because after all, ask my inner critic my years of experience and learning had not rendered me equipped or deserving of such success.     

Fast forward a few months into our relationship and it was like we were sisters from another mother, friends for years and we lived in 2 different countries. She was a Life Coach and Therapist that needed my services and I became a client that needed her support. After taking her course called "Slay Your Inner Critic" along with her encouragement to do those things I had not done because of fear and lack of confidence, my life and business changed for the better!      

Now I am a more self aware, happy, a positive person and a successful Intuitive Business Woman & Life Coach focused on helping women increase their chances at having success and happiness in all areas of life.  BECAUSE WE ARE WORTH IT! 

How do I do this?    

My main focus is on helping women learn to love themselves again, increase their emotional & spiritual intelligence, understand and articulate their purpose and boldly do the things to live with in it. I help women remain accountable to their goals through to actual accomplishment. This all begins with our thoughts, I call my method of goal accomplishment & fulfillment acceleration a type of lifestyle engineering called Thoughtstyling.

Now I get the most joy all the way to my core from helping women see how awesome and powerful they are. 

I've been learning that to win in life we must love ourselves more, show ourselves grace, forgive, heal, connect to our innermost being and our source, be 100% authentic and freely do more of what makes us happy all while proudly operating within our unique genius.
